It was very clear they are trading off their location only, and invest nothing in upkeep/updating of the site, or ensuring their employees provide at least a basic level of customer service. RV park (mid-May-early Oct., 95-100) has 112 sites, most of which are pull. This was just surprisingly badly maintained. We would not expect anything overly elegant from an RV site - just the basics. The general upkeep of the site (trash collection, cleanliness of facilities, updating of equipment, etc.) was very subpar. For the price of this place we stayed at the beach in CA Date of stay: October 2020.
The view is beautiful and close to Grand Teton and Yellowstone as well as Jackson Wy. The bathrooms and showers were dirty and very, very old.
